Our Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit. Any ladies’ apparel purchased from Wayna.pk can be exchanged within 7 days from the date your order was delivered, provided the item meets our exchange conditions.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- The request for exchange must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original Wayna tags must be intact and attached to the garment.
- The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- A valid proof of purchase (original invoice or online order confirmation email) is required.
Please Note:
- Items purchased during a sale or on discount are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Due to the unique, hand-stitched nature of our products, exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired replacement item. If the exact item is not available, we will assist you in finding an alternative.
Exchange Process (Online Orders):

- Provide Details: Share your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
- Verification: Our team will review your request. If all conditions are met, we will guide you on the next steps, which may include arranging a pick-up of the item from your doorstep.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your exchange will be processed. The dispatch of your new item typically takes 7-10 business days after verification.
Our Return Policy
Wayna prides itself on the quality and craftsmanship of our hand-stitched garments. Returns are accepted only in the rare instance that you receive an incorrect or genuinely damaged/defective item.
Eligibility for Return (Incorrect or Damaged Items Only):
- Return requests for incorrect or damaged items must be made within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original Wayna tags must be intact and attached to the garment.
- The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.
- Clear photographic or video proof of the defect or incorrect item must be provided upon initiating the return request.
- A valid proof of purchase (original invoice or online order confirmation email) is required.
Return Process:

- Verification & Pick-Up: Our customer service team will verify your claim. If approved, we will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up from your doorstep at our expense.
- Resolution: Once we receive and verify the returned item(s), you will have the option to:
- Receive an exchange for the correct or non-defective item (subject to availability).
- Receive a credit voucher of the same value, which can be used for future purchases on Wayna.pk only.
- In cases of severe, unresolvable defects, a refund to your original payment method may be considered at Wayna’s discretion.
